I made this interactive fiction game in under a week, as a solo dev, and with no background of coding whatsoever. While I cannot deliver an award-winning game, I can promise that I have made this on my own, with love.

I've always had a penchant for playing indie games (or video games in general) and writing, so I thought, why not combine the two? I knew coding was a huge and essential part of it, however, I am a writer, not a programmer, so I used a platform for complete beginners to make this dream a reality (really, I couldn't have done this without ink).

If you liked the game, please consider leaving a comment or a review.

Thank you.

DISCLAIMER:

I do not claim any elements present in this page (bg art, fonts, graphics, etc.) as my own. I used a template on Canva to make the cover image. All these elements belong to their respective creators.

EXTRA:

Speakeasy Honey is loosely inspired by the book, "The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo" by Taylor Jenkins Reid and this series of love letters in the 1920s.

Speakeasy Honey is absolutely free-to-play with no hidden fees at all, but if you liked the game enough, please consider donating/tipping on ko-fi. You may also opt to support the game here directly on itch.io. I will be forever grateful of your support. :)
